Upon receipt of returned items, Diego Reiga reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the goods do not meet these requirements. As soon as your exchange is processed, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
All items returned for return or exchange are subject to a full inspection. Diego Reiga reserves the right to refuse return or exchange if the item is not returned in its original condition according to Diego Reiga standards, in its packaging and equipped with these original labels, correctly folded and repacked. Items accepted for return may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date using the return label provided at your request at email@example.com.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We will only accept returns for items with their tags attached, which are not worn, worn, altered or washed.
